By submitting your information in order to list your services, you agree and affirm that true, accurate, current, and complete information will be provided and complies with all state and federal laws. Notaries are solely responsible for ensuring that their commission status remains current. Notaries should update their listing as appropriate in a timely manner if any changes occur. Misrepresentation of credentials or failure to abide by the laws may result in removal from the directory (and as may be appropriate, reporting to regulatory agencies).
Access to the Platform and Use of Service
Online Notaries Public is a matching service between you, the user, and a professional remote online notary who is able to notarize documents online from a computer or mobile device. Users may browse the directory of notaries, search for, compare, and contact such notaries and hire them, or they may use the directory to schedule and conduct interviews and consultations. ONLINE NOTARIES PUBLIC neither joins in nor becomes a party to any engagement agreements or contracts between users of the service and notaries. All fees for notary services are established by the notary or the company with which they are associated and should be discussed by the parties.
